How do I find my ring size?
Getting the right fit makes all the difference, and we've got everything you need to get the right fit the first time.
We've got step by step instructions on how to work out your ring size by measuring a ring you already have or as simple as using a piece of paper or string. Want to be absolutely sure before ordering? We've got you. Order one of our free ring sizers and we'll send it out to you at no charge at all.
What is your lifetime warranty?
Our products are backed for life. We stand behind every piece we make.
If your jewellery experiences fading, tarnishing or a manufacturing fault under normal wear, we'll replace it under our Lifetime Warranty. Reach out to support@boldenjewellery.com.au with photos of your faulty products and we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours. Simple as that.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to wear your pieces with confidence. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Arrive back to us within 30 days

How long will shipping take?
Our small Melbourne-based team, endeavor to process your order within 48 hours. During new product launches and sale periods you may experience some delays, but we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. You can find our full policy here.

What materials and processes do you use?
We manufacture our jewellery using an advanced Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coating process, creating a finish that's up to 10x more durable than traditional gold plating.
Starting with premium 316L stainless steel, each piece is finished with a titanium nitride (TiN) bonding layer before being coated in real 18k gold. This creates a stronger bond, improved durability and a finish designed to stand up to everyday wear.
The result is jewellery that looks premium, feels premium and is built to be worn all day at an affordable price.
